The Italian pot was made by the Italian Alfonso Bialetti in 1933, and his company Bialetti has been famous all over the world for producing this kind of coffee pot. Italian coffee pots are more commonly used in Europe.

The water tank and the coffee powder tank on the upper part are shaped like a funnel. The metal plug on the outside of the sink is a safety valve, which can automatically release the pressure when the air pressure is too high. Fill the tank with cold water, the water level is 0.5 cm below the safety valve, and then fill the whole powder tank with coffee powder, but do not press it tightly to avoid excessive expansion when encountering boiling water. Coffee trough, with aluminum conduit inside, brewed coffee is filtered in the coffee trough through the ground chute. Twist the first part of the snap-on powder chute and the coffee chute together.
