Doctors warn against drinking coffee on an empty stomach, as it can stimulate the secretion of stomach acid, especially for people with stomach ulcers who should be more cautious. As a beverage, coffee should be consumed in moderation according to individual circumstances. In general, in nutrition, emphasis is placed on a balanced diet with less spicy and stimulating foods.
1. The use of coffee cups
Coffee served after a meal is generally served in a pocket-sized cup. The ears of this cup are small and the fingers cannot fit through. But even with larger cups, do not use your fingers through the ears and then end the cup. The correct way to hold a coffee cup, should be the thumb and forefinger pinch the cup handle and then the cup up.
2.Coffee with sugar method
When adding sugar to coffee, sugar can be scooped up with a coffee spoon and added directly to the cup; you can also use a sugar clip to hold the sugar on the near side of the coffee plate, then add the sugar to the cup with a coffee spoon. If you put the sugar directly into the cup with the sugar holder or by hand, sometimes the coffee may spill and stain your clothes or tablecloth.
